Deva xFTP allows you to use the Compare Folders tool to highlight differences between a remote and a local folder.
Click the Local Drives tab and navigate to the folder you want to compare on the Local computer pane with the folder on the remote computer.
Navigate to the same folder on the remote computer pane.
From the Deva xFTP menu, select Tools > Folder Tools > Compare Folders.
The Directory Comparison Options dialog box opens.

Select the Ignore case check box to ignore the case while comparing the folders. This compares all files with the same name, regardless of differing upper or lower case letters.
Select the Compare sizes check box to compare the folders by their size.
Select the Compare dates check box to compare the folders by their dates.
Click OK to start comparing or click Cancel to cancel comparing.
Deva xFTP compares all items with the same name and highlights any files or folders with time stamps that are different between the server and local folder.
The color of all the files in the folder turns blue, except for the file that is found different. The color turns red if any difference is found in the files.
Note:
Once differing files are highlighted in Red,
click and drag the file from the remote computer pane to local computer
pane, to move all of the files together.
If you clear Ignore case, two files
with the same name spelled in differing case are treated as two different
files. For example, test.txt and TEST.txt are considered two different
files. If Ignore case is selected,
test.txt and TEST.txt are considered the same and are compared.
