Can't download files from a VMS server

Problem:

When connected to a VMS server, downloads start, reach approximately 98% and never complete. They continually restart and try to complete but never do.

Solution:

From the menu, choose Tools > Options > Transfer > Smart Overwrite > Advanced Options. Clear the check in Use SIZE command to gather precise details.
