Start up Site Map Generator Deva Site Map Wizard opens .
Enter the full http address for your site in the Starting URL field .
The Site Map Options is for Google Sitemap .You can set Google Sitemap options in this page.
Click Next.
The following settings are made from the Deva Site Map Wizard Step 2:
Choose Use global settings for all options and the site will use the parameters set in Options
Choose Use site specific option and the site will use the parameters set on this tab.
Click Proxy Settings if you need to connect through a proxy server to get to this site. A Proxy window will appear where you can enter the proxy type, server address, username and password.
Enter how many seconds you want the connection timeout.
Enter the number of times you want Deva xFTP to try connecting to this site, if there is a problem making a connection.
Enter how many seconds you want Deva xFTP to wait before retrying a connection after a connection attempt fails.
Enter how many connections Deva xFTP can open to the site for transferring many files simultaneously.
Click Next
Enter or browse for a folder to save Sitemaps.
Check or clear "robots.txt" Exclusion protocol Support depends on your need .
Check or clear the Sitemap types you want to build .
Click Next .
Check Compress Google Sitemap with gzip if you want to compress the Google Sitemap .
Configure Google Sitemap Index File Options when Sitemap file more than 50,000 URLs or Larger than 10MB.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
Deva Sitemap Generator Processing Dialog appears and the Sitemap checker started .
