Deva xFTP must be registered, or activated, within 30 days or it will no longer function. To register and fully activate your software please input the Registration Name and Registration Code you received when you are prompted to do so. This information appears under Help > Register... from the menu bar.
To ensure your software is registered accurately, we recommend you provide all of the optional details that are requested. This helps us confirm your eligibility for technical support or any upgrades that may become available in the future.
From the Deva xFTP menu, select Help > Register... The Authorization Dialog opens.
Enter the User Name in the User Name field and Enter the Authorization Code in the Authorization Code field, then Click OK.
Click OK.
If registration fails, try the following:
Make sure the User Name and Authorization Code are valid. They are case sensitive and has no pre or tail blank. You must enter them exactly as it displays on your Email or invoice. If you received a Emai or digital invoice, try copying the User Name and Authorization Code to the Windows clipboard and then paste it into the User Name and Authorization Code box in the Authorization Dialog respectively.
If you cannot locate your Authorization Code, you can obtain a copy from Miscosoftware Support by Sending Email to support@miscosoftware.com if you still have the original e-mail address used to purchase the software. If you no longer have access to that e-mail account or don't recall what e-mail address you used, Please provide User Name/your name, address, order ID or any other pertinent data that you believe might help us locate your original purchase record.
